ORÉON chandeliers are delivered via insured freight carriers to ensure safe handling and controlled transport. Due to the scale and fragility of our pieces, parcel shipping is not used.
All shipments are carefully crated and scheduled for delivery by appointment. Delivery timelines vary based on configuration, destination, and carrier availability.
Shipping costs and delivery details are confirmed following purchase.
Installation
ORÉON chandeliers are architectural lighting installations and require professional installation. Structural support, ceiling height, and electrical access should be reviewed prior to installation.
We recommend coordination with a licensed electrician or installation professional experienced in large-scale fixtures. Installation guidance and technical documentation are provided after order confirmation.
ORÉON does not offer self-install options.
Made to Order
Each ORÉON chandelier is produced on a made-to-order basis. This allows scale, drop length, and configuration to be aligned with the architecture of the space.
Production and delivery timelines are confirmed following order placement.
Returns & Damages
Due to the made-to-order nature and scale of our chandeliers, all sales are considered final.
In the rare event of transit damage, please contact ORÉON within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement components or corrective solutions will be coordinated as appropriate.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
